  • For the 2020 vintage, our sophomore release, we sourced fruit from two new vineyards in the Napa Valley.

    Combining 59% and 41% respectively, Sauvignon Blanc from Calistoga and Viognier from Oak Knoll, both picked on the evening of August 17th. Pressed together and co-fermented in a mix of neutral French oak and stainless-steel barrels. Aged for five months before bottling.

  • Crisp and delicious with aromas of Meyer lemon and white peach. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors are balanced with lemongrass and a delicate sense of salted ocean breeze.

PADDINGTON DOWN RED WINE NAPA VALLEY 2020 $50

  • The second release of our evolving red blend, Paddington Down, is an almost old-world, Cabernet-based wine from Napa Valley. Hand-picked in the early morning in mid-September. 89% Cabernet Sauvignon from Froeb vineyard above the valley floor of Saint Helena but under the 1400ft elevation required to be considered Howell Mountain (think Viader and Burgess), blended with 11% Merlot from Sonoma’s famous Bedrock Vineyard. Aged in 50% new French Oak for 17 months. 75 cases produced.

  • Red and black fruits, rose petal and mint aromas slowly unfold. Bright and lively on the palate with currants, brambleberry, bitter coca and citrus notes. Soft tannins, great acidity and a touch of whole-cluster Merlot for freshness round out this elegantly balanced red wine. Pair it with Cabernet-marinated Tri Tip served with roasted potatoes, grilled asparagus and red wine jus.

TOXIC POSITIVITY ROSÉ WINE SONOMA/NAPA VALLEY 2022 $39

  • We are taking the old “Rose-colored glasses” idea to the next level with our inaugural Rosé release, Toxic Positivity. An infectiously optimistic blend of direct press Grenache and Viognier co-fermented with Saignée (“sohn-yay” means “to bleed) of Cabernet Sauvignon.

  • Aromas of melon, jasmine, and salty air entice. A deceptively textured palate keeps you coming back with beaming rays of acidity, a delicate kiss of oak while waves of strawberry, muskmelon, and honeysuckle crash against your palate.
